“We had a leaking skylight which had damaged the ceiling inside our kitchen. When the old skylight was removed it was clear that this small section of the roof had not been properly installed and needed to be replaced. The work inside to repair the ceiling was excellent. It came out perfect. I felt the additional charges to replace this section of the roof were very reasonable and the installation was done properly with ice and water shield over the whole area. “
